Features:


      • ⇒ Manufactured from Polypropylene (PP) and Polyacetal (POM) raw materials in accordance with the TSE (TS ISO 17885) standard.
        ⇒ Can tolerate dimensional differences of up to ± 1 mm in pipes.
        ⇒ Available in the size range of Ø 20 mm – Ø 110 mm.
        ⇒ Water pressure for Ø 20 mm – Ø 110 mm: PN 16.
        ⇒ The O-ring is made of EPDM rubber. The new O-ring design includes: Ø 20 mm - 25 mm flat gasket, Ø 32 mm - 63 mm conical corner gasket, Ø 75 mm - 110 mm internally flat corrugated gasket design.

VALVE BOXES

6” / 10” / 12” / 14” / 16” Valve boxes; are used to protect irrigation valves laid on the ground or soil.

      • ⇒ There are 2 side openings on the body and are suitable for pipes up to 2” in diameter.
        ⇒ The grooves on the part of the body that touches the ground increase the strength of the box.
        ⇒ The opening on the lid surface allows the lid to be easily lifted with a finger or a metal object.

10’ Round Series!


      • ⇒ There are 2 side openings on the body and are suitable for pipes up to 2” in diameter.
        ⇒ The grooves on the part of the body that touches the ground increase the strength of the box.
        ⇒ The opening on the lid surface allows the lid to be easily opened by moving it clockwise with the help of two fingers and locked by moving it in the opposite direction.

12’ Standard Series


      • ⇒ There are pipe transitions at 3 points on the sides of the body and are suitable for pipes up to 2” in diameter.
        ⇒ There is a shovel access slot on the lid opening and is used to easily remove the lid.
        ⇒ There is a plastic lock system on the lid that fits into the bolt slot.
        ⇒ There are two hinges on the back of the lid that are connected to the body and allow the lid to be easily opened and closed. These hinges also reduce the risk of losing the lid.

14’ Jumbo Series!


      • ⇒ There are pipe transitions at 4 points on the sides of the body and are suitable for pipes up to 2” in diameter.
        ⇒ There is a shovel access slot on the lid opening and is used to easily remove the lid.

16’ Super Jumbo Series!


      • ⇒ There are 2 side openings on the body and are suitable for 4” diameter pipes.
        ⇒ The pipe transition points on the body can be easily removed and the tabs on them can be inserted into the slides on the body to make adjustments according to the pipe diameter.
        ⇒ There is a shovel access slot on the cover mouth and is used to easily remove the cover.
        ⇒ The cover is designed to be inclined in order to prevent damage to the cover from garden equipment.
        ⇒ There is a galvanized iron bolt that fits into the bolt slot on the cover.
        ⇒ The grooves on the part of the body that touches the soil increase the strength of the box.
        ⇒ The male-female tabs on the body allow the two box bodies to be inserted into each other in reverse, providing ease of use in protecting large-sized valves.

      • ⇒ Cover, body, internal set and key are made of Polypropylene (PP) raw material.
        ⇒ 3/4” and 1” inch sizes also have male outlets.
        ⇒ Used in parks, gardens and landscaping sectors.

¾’ -1’ Valve Box Series!


      • ⇒ There is a single point pipe passage area on the cover and is suitable for 3/4” and 1” diameter pipes.
        ⇒ There is a mechanism behind the cover that allows the cover to be easily opened and closed in connection with the body. This mechanism also reduces the risk of losing the cover.
        ⇒ An o-ring is used in the ¾” plastic elbow mounted inside the body and a metal ball valve is placed on the ¾” plastic elbow.

⇒ Polypropylene (PP) has many areas of use, from the automotive sector to the food sector, especially in textiles. Polypropylene, abbreviated as PP, is quite resistant to acids and bases.

APPLICATION


    ⇒ The pipe mouth is cut properly. (There is no need to shave.)
    ⇒ The mouth of the pipe is wetted with water and soap so that it passes through the gasket easily.
    ⇒ The cap and the ring are placed on the pipe in order. (Figure-1)
    ⇒ The pipe is placed flat on the gasket bed. (Figure-2)
    ⇒ The outer cap is tightened until the screw appearance is finished. (Figure-3)
